Our Story
At Forensic and Clinical Evaluation Services, our story began with a passion for rapid responses and prompt results. Our founder Chris Quigley saw a need for personalized, results-driven consulting services, and set out to create a service that would meet that need. Today, we continue to uphold that same passion and commitment to excellence.
Chris is an approved Expert Witness in the State of Montana, and is certified by the Montana Dept. of Labor & Industry as a Sex Offender Evaluator. He provides expertise to Montana District Courts, The Office of Public Defender, County Attorneys, and Private Attorneys. He also offers consultation to Law Enforcement and Childe & Family Services.
