I work at the intersection of mental health and the legal system, where clarity is not optional, and precision carries real-world consequences.

My role is to provide objective, forensic evaluation and consultation that helps courts and legal professionals understand behavior through a structured clinical lens.

I don’t interpret stories to fit outcomes. I evaluate facts, behavior, and psychological indicators using established forensic standards—so decision-makers can rely on something solid when the stakes are high.

Christopher Quigley has been a practitioner in the mental health field since 1994. He has specialized in the evaluation of adult and adolescent sex offenders since 1999. Chris is a Clinical Member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers, (ATSA, National), and he is a Clinical Member and past two-term President of the Montana Sex Offender Treatment Association. (MSOTA).

Chris has previously served as the Sex Offender Treatment Program Coordinator at Montana State Prison, and as the Director of Juvenile Sex Offender Programming at the RYO Correctional Facility at Galen, Montana.

Chris is approved as an Expert Witness by the Montana State Office of Public Defender. He provides expertise for County Attorneys, Judges, and testimony to the Courts in civil cases and in the dispositional planning of felony criminal cases. He also offers consultation to Montana Probation and Parole, Law Enforcement, and Child and Family Service agencies in the area of sexually abusive behaviors.

Mr. Quigley received his undergraduate training at the University Montana and his graduate training at Walla Walla College of Washington State. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Montana.
